The raTrust offers a very wide range of services, which consist of education, practical help, advice and counselling. All of these services are free at the point of delivery and include advice on safer sex, support around STIs, professional counselling and the distribution of condoms and lubricant for people who are working in sex trade. We offer all services free of judgment and regardless of income or circumstances. We often go out of our way to help those who are most vulnerable.
All of our services are aimed squarely at slowing down the infection rates of STIs and HIV, as well as helping those affected by these illnesses or the stigma associated with them. We are also conducting research on health-related issues and challenging HIV/AIDS stigma via our leaflets, posters and ad campaigns.
We provide access to counselling alongside information regarding disease, medication, diet and life style, as well as assisting in the taking of suitable decisions with respect to the management of the HIV.
The raTrust exists to give individual, tailored advice to people, whether they are HIV-negative, HIV-positive or simply want to talk about sexuality, safe sex or their worries about their health or stigma relating to a diagnosis. We aim to be helpful to all, no matter what stage of life they are at. We don't judge anyone who comes to see us, regardless of race, belief, age, sex, sexual orientation or the work that they do.
We hope that you will be able to find the answer to your question on our website. We publish a new educational blog articles and cover a broad range of topics. Please feel free to express your opinion. If you will find something that you believe is worth to show for everyone on raTrust blog, please let us know!
